Projects
We are lucky. We love what we are doing. We are curious and inquisitive and we delight in always learning more about the market, the consumers and the ever-changing dynamics effecting them all. Along the way we have had the pleasure of working on some very interesting projects. We are working on more interesting research and projects all the time. This is a short list.
The
Cycling Enthusiast 2004 - We're
going to revisit the issues
brought up in our Cycling
Enthusiast 2002 project
for updated and new information.
For a complete description, click
here.
The Cycling Enthusiast 2002 - Hear the voice of 3,000 cycling enthusiasts and what they have to say about cycling, your brand and products!
Women's Issues Winter 2000/2001 - This
was an online survey of more than
550 women cyclists and their issues related to
cycling and buying
cycling products. The survey was conducted
in association with a leading women's cycling
web site.
Velobusiness top 100 dealers - We were delighted to add our expertise in helping create the database programming as well as the tabulation to make this happen. We are sorry to see Velobusiness and the retailer honor gone.
Cycling Consumer Outlook (CCO) - Gaining an understanding of the challenges facing the typical cycling consumer wanting to buy a quality bicycle at a specialty bicycle retailer was fascinating. Any company wanting to sell a bike to typical consumers should take note.
Retail Outlook - Following the CCO research we partnered with Catalyst Communications to create this interactive workbook and video for retailer managers and owners. The Retail Outlook took a close look at the interaction between consumers walking into specialty retailers from the eyes of the consumer. This has been available to retailers through Catalyst Communications and the National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA).
Cat Eye Distribution - Distribution matters.
Doing it right can make a huge difference. North
American sales doubled two years in a row following
a fundamental change in distribution we crafted
for the bicycle light and cycle computer company. |
